Elijah McClain was handled in a severely uncalled-for method by Aurora, CO cops and paramedics — so says an unbiased panel investigating the 23-year-old Black man’s demise … and now his household needs the officers criminally charged.
Elijah’s father, Lawayne Mosley, and the household’s lawyer, Mari Newman, joined us Tuesday on “TMZ Dwell” to debate the findings of a fee gathered by the Aurora Metropolis Council.
Newman says the fee decided cops did everything wrong through the 2019 incident … beginning with having no authorized motive to stop and frisk Elijah, to not point out later detaining him in a chokehold.
As for the paramedics, the fee discovered they gave Elijah method an excessive amount of ketamine to sedate him, and ended up placing him in a coma … earlier than he later died.
